The Maine confirmed 8123 Fest 2027 at Mesa Amphitheatre in Mesa, Arizona for Jan. 15–16. To mark their 20th anniversary the five-piece will headline both nights with entirely different sets and no repeated songs across the weekend.

John O’Callaghan described the announcement as anticipation for the band's 20th year and called the weekend 'juiced' and historic. Pat Kirch emphasized community, calling 8123 Fest a reunion and celebration of the fanbase that has grown around the band.
