The deadlock ended in the eighth when Kyle Tucker launched a solo home run off Jonathan Loáisiga — Tucker's 11th of the season — giving the Dodgers a 1-0 lead.
In the ninth, Edwin Díaz allowed a leadoff triple to Geraldo Perdomo and an RBI triple by Corbin Carroll that tied the game 1-1; Díaz ended the inning by striking out Ildemaro Vargas, sending the game to extras.
In the top of the 10th, Hunter Feduccia drew a walk, a passed ball moved Kyle Tucker to third, and Shohei Ohtani's grounder escaped first baseman Tim Tawa, allowing Tucker to score the decisive run.
Arizona used reliever Gerardo Carillo in the 10th; Jack Dreyer induced a 1-6-3 double play to end the game. Edwin Díaz was credited with the win and Carillo charged with the loss.
